Toph skipped the Initiate rank when he survived an RP-mission immediately after his initiation into the clan.
On Feburary 16th, 2016, he accomplished the Jedi Knight trial.
He was later promoted to Jedi Master by the Council, but lost his position again because of inactivity caused by real life problems. After taking a longer break, he was reinstated on July 30th, 2016.
